Don't ignore headache and get tested for covid as soon as possible. If your covid test comes negative then consult a neurologist to evaluate the cause of the headache. Headache is a symptoms of wide range of diseases from normal flu to even brain tumor. So don't ignore this symptom.
If the headache is really severe, take a dolo 650 tablet but get covid test done soon to rule out covid as cause of headache.
