Hello dear patient your headache and low potassium may be related. Sometimes muscle cramps occur due to potassium changes so correction may be required. It depends upon the level of potassium. Without knowing the potassium levels I cannot prescribe you the medication. But you can eat banana and drink coconut water which will help you boost your potassium levels. But you must not have any kidney or cardiac problems going on previously for which you might be taking treatment. For headache you can take tab naxdom 500 SOS. Avoid any other medicines until suggested by any doctor you are consulting.
Next Steps
Follow up with the potassium report.
