It may be possible that you do not have tennis elbow, as you can do certain exercises you mentioned. I suggest you visit an Orthopedic clinic and get a diagnosis, and then follow the treatment accordingly
hi!! your pain pattern does not satisfy tennis elbow criteria. more ever while bowling which action and elbow movements are actually causing trouble ..has to be assessed thoroughly by a sports physiotherapist. once your condition is diagnosed ..further treatment will be a easier part.
Next Steps
also consult your sports physiotherapist for correct biomechanics pattern for bowling to avoid similar episodes in future.
U need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon n know what you are suffering from rather than coming to a conclusion yourself. So plz confirm your diagnosis n if it's tennis elbow a simple steroid injection at elbow will help you
Dear friend
Please specify the exact area of pain.
Is it medial or lateral?
Do icing and give rest to your elbow for few days and also use elbow splint for few days.
Hello it seems ur elbow joint tendons, soft tissues are inflamed...take just ice pack compression, keep rest, if no relief consult for physio or orthopaedic specialist.
