Apply elbow straps and wrist and wrist splints on both hands. you can remove them at night before sleeping. Start taking Tab.Enzoflam (pain killer and anti inflammatory) twice a day for 10 days. Avoid over exertion. If this treatment doesnt work out then you may have to receive steroid injection in the elbow. And relax..this is completely treatable condition.
