Tendinitis
I have tendinitis in my left knee. Doctor prescribed to take tendomove but it is not available in the nearby shops. Can I take tendocare instead of that. Please confirm apart from that what are the exercise I can do cure my knee

You can take tendocare but it may not entirely help you. Need to find out exact reason for tendinitis and treat that. Knee exercises have to be closed chain, aim to improve quadriceps muscles, calf muscles
