Tenderness and pain of penis head

Asked for Male, 59 Years

I had Covid recently. Post Covid I had itching in the inside part penis head skin. I cleaned the part with shower gel and applied antifungal ointment. After two days I find redness and tenderness of the penis head. I get mild pain when I touch it.
