Penis head skin infection
My cousin got an infection on foreskin on head of Penis. The texture of skin has gone white with with what looks like dead skin layer on head. Foreskin is tight as well which make it difficult to roll down while T ry to clean during bath) . The problem is only when it starts to itching and causing red paining spots when tried to roll down. Usually the skin isn't able to be rolled down.
