Iam taking telvas 20 since 2 months now ..my spgt is borderline high 45u/l and sgot is 22u/l with slight pain liver area..my usg is normal done last month...is telvas 20 effects liver enzymes

Telvas is meant for high blood pressure. It doesn't affect liver in any way.

No it shouldn't. Pain must be because of gastritis. Needs to be evaluated. Start tab pantopparazol for few days. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food. Do some physical activity. Avoid alcohol.
