Does telvas 20 damage kidney
Im taking telvas 20 for 2 months now..im getting back now..my creatinine was0.8 amd urea was 28 in feb before I started telvas..plz advise

You need to monitor your renal function tests like every 2 monthy if it’s coming normal and if there are some changes then more frequently! We can stop this drug if creatinine increases by more than 25 to 30 percent !

Telvas is a good drug for hypertension, but need to check renal function test required.  It's not recommended if progressive deteriorating Cr values come
