Telogen Effluvium
I have been experiencing hair falls in the past year or so. The hair falls out directly from the route along with the white bulb on it. I visited Richfeel twice however they didn't diagnose the problem well. On searching the net, I am pretty convinced that I gave telogen effluvium and since the root cause which is triggering the hair fall hasn't been found, it is turning into chronic hair loss. PLEASE HELP.

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Please call me and visit my clinic or send photographs using online consult option for proper diagnosis and detailed prescription.

Hair loss is a progressive problem and if not tackled in time tends to keep worsening over time. There are various causes of hair fall. Read my health feed for a better detailed understanding. https://fit.practo.com/#!/content/28405 After reading this I hope you will be convinced that a proper thorough examination of your scalp from a qualified dermatologist will be advisable for a fruitful outcome. Also as you say your baldness has progressed significantly , medical management will not suffice and you might also be in need of hair transplant, apart from other supplemental procedures like microneddling and PRP, to achieve good results. You can drop by my clinic or meet any other Dermatologist/Trichologist (Not quacks like richfeel or batra) as per convenience and get further evaluation done.
Next Steps
Meet a qualified MD Dermatologist with speciality in Trichology.
