Hello Sir , Welcome to Practo
This is your Dentist -
I went through your query and the image attached . As a specialist your teeth looks fine , its your natural colour although the image quite bright due to flash .
Use a soft brush , wich ever toothpast you might get,
Yes Colgate visible white has shown results to some extent but will not perform as you are expecting .
If you need a flawless pearl white tooht ,You need a Dental office bleaching .
There is an central Gap too between your upper incissors if it bothers you, can go for an orthodontic treatment or Crowns to corrects it.
Let me know if any query.
Thanks Alot
Dr Mousam Chattopadhyay.
It's the natural color of your teeth and apart from it you have deposits/tartar inside around the tooth which require Normal cleaning.
And the color of teeth is really bothering you then there are many temporary and permanent options like bleaching , veneers etc
For detail you can contact me on my personal chat box
Thank u
Whitening toothpastes won't help in teeth Whitening. Go for scaling(cleaning) and polishing of teeth. It will remove your mild stains and will give a better look.
Next Steps
If you want a proper white teeth then go for teeth whitening treatment to your nearby dentist.
Health Tips
reduce your tea, coffee consumption. If you are smoker reduce that too.
The natural colour of permanent teeth varies from yellow to grey .
Yellow teeth can also be due to stains of drinking too much coffee, tea , smoking or tobacco.
If you feel your teeth are yellow u can get scaling ( cleaning ) of teeth done . This removes stains from your teeth making it comparatively whiter.
Next Steps
If you feel its not white enough u can get teeth whitening done .
