Sensation in teeth while having food can either be due to wearing of enamel or due the presence of initial decay. Check with ur dentist the reason behind ur sensitivity n get treated accordingly. Meanwhile use sensodyne toothpaste

Hi..sensitivity could be because of tooth cavity or enamel loss. Visit dentist for treatment. In the meantime start using senquel -Ad rinsing twice daily. Regards
