Teeth remineralisation and caries
I am having slight caries in my 45 and 35 teeth. I do not have any pain. I had slight sensation 3 months back only once that is when I got my xray done. My sister in law who is studying BDS confirmed that I have caries. I do not want to get it filled it now as I have not felt slightest of discomfort since the past three months. I want to know if a tooth mousse, fluoride gel/toothpaste or hydroxyapatite based toothpaste can help in the remineralisation process.

If you have decay it needs to restored. It does not get remineralised. So visit dentist and get tooth restored. If you delay there might be further spread of caries it may involve pulp if not restored. Then you'll have to get root canal treatment  so stitch in time saves nine.
