Sir/Madam I have yelloish cavity accumulation at rear side of my lower jaw incisors.Someone recommended me to apply lemon juice twice a day to get rid of this accumulation and it will also make my teeth whiter. Is it true or should i consult a dentist.

Home remedies are usefull but shall be practiced only for short period to get rid in emergency situation, clinical treatment should be done, for long term effect before trying home remedies, visit a dentist, simple cleaning shall solve your issue.
