Its sensitivity to hot n cold stimuli.....start using desensitising toothpaste like sensodyne or colgate sensitive prorelief. Avoid hard toothbrush start ising soft toothbrush.

You may have attrition of teeth due some reasons..Consult a dentist to identify the same and treat you. At this young age if you have this condition it's not good. Contact a good dentist nearby and get treated. In meanwhile you can opt for desensitizing tooth paste like VANTEJ or COLGATE PRO RELIEF twice a day to get control tooth sensitivity. It's just a symptomatic treatment not permanent.
