Teeth pains while eating cold
I am 24 years old. My teeth ache while eating cold fruit or ice cream. This has been happening to me since birth. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hello & Welcome to PRACTO - I went through your query.  Since you have mentioned  sensitivity since  a very young age , that might be an indicative of  Developmental anomaly. I suspect Amelogenesis imperfecta .  Kindly Upload an image for your teeth to be sure . - Donot brush forcefull if you have yellow teeth in that case. They are the dentin layer ,the more yellowish tooth the lesss enamel and might lead to serious sensitivity issue later on. - Use a Soft bristle toothbrush. - Vantej toothpaste -HiOra K mouthwash. - Avoid sticky or sweet food as much possible. - Might need a full mouth rehabilitition( full mouth crown) . These steps can resolve all your issues . But to confirm Upload an image to me a soon as possible. Have a Good day Thanks Alot.
