Hello
Please visit and get your X Ray done to come to the diagnosis and get that teeth treated. Remember if the black hole( decayed tooth) is left untreated it can fracture and lead to loss of that tooth. So the sooner the better.

An x-ray needs to be done. RCT will be required if there is infection in tooth. Visit an endodontist.
