Make sure you’ve given regular Vit D supplements till now. If not confirm a deficiency via blood tests and start on Vit D and calcium supplements after consulting the exact dosage with your paediatrician

Sometimes teeth erupt late. No need to worry atleast untill15-18 months provided everything else - growth, weight, activity, feeding, bowel movements and behaviour of child is normal.
