Iron syrup causes teeth staining
My daughter has borderline ferritin, so the pediatrician prescribed an iron syrup. Since starting it, her teeth have developed black stains. What can I do to prevent or reduce the staining?

These stains are due to iron syrup. They are common, harmless and temporary. They can be removed by a dentist. There are other options available for iron. Consult a pediatrician directly
