My teeth hole happen around a year ago and It a simply got filled by an dentist but now around 3 teeth are get hole in it.. And one is big one...
Today a small peice of teeth broke and came out..

It is the decay which you are talking about, if it's a smaller one they will remove caries and fill with Cement. otherwise have to go root canal treatment followed by crown.

The hole you are talking about could be a cavity.
if the cavity is small, it can be filled properly and if it is large, it may need a root canal treatment with crown over it.
