My front teeth have come out after my wisdom tooth were properly in shape. I am 34,female. I went to a doctor and they told extraction of teeth is required to have braces. They told my first premolars will be taken out. But I actually don't want my first premolars to be extracted. Is there any other way so that my teeth go inside. I have a constant headache and I feel heaviness as well.

Good evening.
Extraction of teeth for orthodontic correction is quite normal and if the situation warrants, that is the best you can do to get good results.
However there is an advanced technique called as self lighting braces, wherein extraction can be avoided ( but not in all cases)
You have to be personally assessed to confirm the same.
