My upper lateral incisor came from very upper side of the gums and are in front so it is like coming from very upper of the gums.How it can be normal teeth like other have what is the treatement

this condition may be due to retention of ur milk teeth or may be due to jaw toot size descrepancy.treatment depend on the overall size of jaw and malocclusion types.after seeing all the teeth treatment plan will be decided
