Teeth discoloration
I'm undergoing treatment of Tuberculosis. It's been 20 days of taking antibiotics for it, I'm noticing that the colour of my teeth and tongue are changing to brown from last 3 days. I'm brushing my teeth twice daily but I don't see any major improvement. Is this happening because of the medications or Is it something else? Please answer my query. I want my smile back.

Yes, the medications of Tuberculosis discolour the teeth and tongue. There is not much to worry. Maintain your oral hygiene and stay hydrated as TB medications cause dry mouth. You can visit your dentist for professional cleaning after your Tuberculosis treatment is complete and there's no active infection.
