It's not how many times u brush but how u brush is also important. You need to visit dentist and get professional teeth cleaning done. Also start using water flossers. Also have a habit of visiting dentist every 6 to 8 months and get this teeth cleaning done.

Yellow that is the stains dont get easily cleaned by normal brushing. It needs scaling that is cleaning of the teeth. Calculus that is hard deposite over teeth also gets cleaned during scaling that is the main reason for gums problem. You should get your teeth cleaned every 6 months by dentist.
