After having meals like lunch and dinner the following steps should be followed for proper maintenance of Your oral hygiene
1) Rinsing the mouth with water thoroughly
2) Brushing the teeth in a proper manner with soft bristle toothbrush and a toothpaste
3) Flossing in between the teeth with a dental floss
4) Rinsing with a mouthwash.
Note : Mouthwash should not be used regularly as it can cause staining of teeth
