Dear practo user Most patients go to dentist only when they have pain or any other problem. This leads to the patient undergoing complex and costly treatment. It would be much better if you consult dentist, even though you don't have any apparent reason, because, if there are any problems, your dentist will help you with preventing progress of problem with minor cheap treatment. Do not neglect. Go for scaling
