The cavities need to be evaluated for their current clinical condition and can be treated by either a filling or a root canal treatment. The distinction between these treatments depends upon the clinical condition of the tooth and the X-ray picture. And as far as the gaps between the teeth are concerned, you can always go for orthodontic therapy for correction of the malaligned teeth so that your smile becomes more beautiful. This can be achieved by braces treatment or by clear aligners. You can talk to your orthodontist regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each of these treatment modalities. Regards
