Teeth attrition restoration
I had a habit of biting my nails for many years. Now i have stopped it BUT now I can see that my - 2 LOWER FRONT TEETH have got some attrition and have reduced by about 0.5mm ...there is no pain ...i am worried...as i belong to modelling industry it should not affect my smile. should i do something about it...or let it be...if i should...plz guide me...for best decision for a cosmetic look and strong durability for long time cosmetic look?? Filling / veener / crown etc ..

Hi... If as of now they aren’t looking bad aesthetically you can leave them as such since you don’t have any sensitivity or pain. But if at all you find that your smile is not that perfect you should go for veneers , it would be best suited for your type. Filling won’t usually stay on that portion of teeth and will keep coming out time and again and crown will unnecessarily involve RCT.
