Teeth asymptomatic pain(painlesscavity)
I have a tooth on the upper side in which that tooth is cemented in the middle of the tooth .That cemented tooth is over 6-7 years old and still in good condition .The reason it was cemented because it was little bit broken from the edges and also because of cavity. So do I need to go for filing on that tooth again after 6-7 years.Because I m experiencing little bit heaviness on that side of that tooth. Is it I am experiencing asymptomatic pain because of the generation of cavity on that tooth...plz any dentist spread some light on this question... Will be very grateful if any dentist consults on this question...

The heaviness can also occur when the cavity has gone deep but better diagnosis can be made only with a clinical examination and with an X-ray taken....
