Bad odour from mouth, gum bleeding - get the teeth cleaning done. Bad odour may be because of the food getting struck in the teeth. Please get the filling done if there are any cavities.

It's because of gum problem..and blackness can be due to stains or cavity dt can be configured only after tooth cleaning and gum cleaning...bad odor gum bleeding is because of debris and plaque that gets into gum and tooth.
Next Steps
get the gum and tooth cleaning done by dental surgeon wid mouthwash and rinsing and let the doctor evaluate Wats the reason behind blackening of teeth..
