I had my egg retrieval last month and endo scratch was done at the same time, genexpert tb test came postive where as my endo pcr test and tb gold test is negative. Can I consider it as negative overall and go ahead with embryo transfer. I do not have any symptoms I have attached the reports. Please suggest

Embryo transfer involves a lot of factors to be considered, as it is a high value procedure. The IVF practitioner treating would be the best person to judge. If needed he/she will advise further test to confirm or rule out. But just based on report papers, no definite advice can be given. But active Tb lesion, if confirmed, in general should be a contraindication.
