I am trying to concieve for a few months and my gyneac gave me some tests including a TB PCR test of menstrual blood. the test came out negative and its written that the bacteria is not detected. does it mean that 100% I dont have genital TB infection?? plz help me out regarding this matter.

No not at all TB PCR test of menstrual blood is not confirmatory test.
The confirmatory test s only an endometrial biopsy specimen sent for testing.
Other causes of infertility are also there.
