Which day endometrial biopsy for TB pcr...is done? Day 1 of menses or day 21? Confusion ...pls explain...and can it be done under anesthesia or anesthesia is not required..?

You should get the biopsy done about one week before the date of next period. If you haven't had any delivery earlier then it is better to get D&C done under Anaesthesia.
