Hi.as you r planning only for 7 months , try another 3 cycle. Count your ovulation days. If still you feel , then meet gynaecologist,  there r tests which to be done to know where is the defect.and treated accordingly. Good luck.

Start tablet folic acid daily once. Modify lifestyle. Eat healthy. Do ultrasound pelvis on day 5 or 6 th of your Menstrual cycle. Ask husband to do semen analysis with spermiogram after 3 to 5 days of abstinence. Get the reports and Consult gynecologist. Get local examination done. And follow her/his advise for further investigation and treatment. Or you can consult ayurvedic gynecologist.

Dear Practo user, It requires detailed evaluation to answer your query. You have already tried for 7 months. Hence, visit to a Gynaecologist is advisable. She/ he will take a detailed history, do relevant examination and advise relevant investigations. Proper advice cannot be given on this platform.
