Hi, me and husband are trying to concieve frm last 7 months but no chance. My periods are also normal and i have 28 days cycle. My next period is due on 15th october and i have already passed my ovulation days. Kindly suggest some solution.

Hi.as you r planning only for 7 months , try another 3 cycle. Count your ovulation days.
If still you feel , then meet gynaecologist, there r tests which to be done to know where is the defect.and treated accordingly.

Modify lifestyle. Eat healthy.
Do ultrasound pelvis on day 5 or 6 th of your Menstrual cycle.
Ask husband to do semen analysis with spermiogram after 3 to 5 days of abstinence.
Get the reports and Consult gynecologist. Get local examination done. And follow her/his advise for further investigation and treatment. Or you can consult ayurvedic gynecologist.
First of all how long u are married
If married for less than one year
Then wait for some more time
Otherwise need evaluation so consult an infertility consultant
