Hello dear,          Hope you are doing good. It shouldn't be left like that. Please get it cleaned at least once in a year such that you don't get gum infections further. Please visit us or nearby dentist to get it removed by scaling (professional cleaning)

Scaling and polishing ( to remove plaque n tartar) should be done twice a year to maintain good health of teeth and gums...If left for longer time, tartar damages tooth surface and also weakness bone support to teeth, causes infection in gums and damages teeth in many ways...in short keep your mouth free from plaque and tartar.
Health Tips
Brush twice daily, use floss, get dental checkup twice a year..take care
