Tartar buildup
I have removed tartar via dentist 30-40 days before and after brushing twice a day tartar buildup is happening so what are the reasons and how to avoid it (position :- behind front teeth)

improper brushing habit can lead to this . Even if you are using mouthwash that can also double the accumulation due to the cushion effect .
