Tanned and uneven skin tone,early ageing
Hello!
I would like to know if there's any dermatological method to get rid of tanned skin and uneven skin tone. My complexion is fair and the tan is quite visible on my hands and feet. Also can fillers help in anti ageing process ? I am 24 year old female living in Bangalore. I also suffer from hormonal imbalance and PCO which is affecting my skin a lot.
I would like to know if there's any solution for the problems I have mentioned.

Outdoor activities make our skin tan. The only option is to wear protective full sleeves clothing and cover as much as possible. Usage of a cap or hat and umbrella is encouraged. Skin already tanned can be treated with de-pigmenting creams and other oral medications. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
