Skin tone get dark

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Due to place change,water change and sun expose my skin tone get totally dark and dry..Total face,neck,hands and foot are totally get dark and tanned which is troubling me alot.pls suggest good cleansers,sun blocks,moisturizers as early,Thank you.
