Taking wrong medication
My father is a diabetic patient he was advised to take geminor m2 tablet but while reffiling he got geminor m2 forte after having half half table before breakfast for 2 consecutive day after 2days of taking half half tablet he realized its a wrong medication .Is thr any implication or something?

Forte would 500 mg of additional metformin which is a good drug. Only thing that u need to worry about is hypoglycemia. Monitor his blood sugar
