Taking life very much serious
I am a heavy stress taker, for no reason it automatically starts my stress. I don't know what is the point, why it is happening and what causes this issue. And i am taking to much serious about my life. Each and every thing in life i am overthinking about current and most of the time taking stress of future about financials and family matters. I am not able to handle anything, i am taking serious about my family health, thinking more about their health. Due to covid and this news of heart attacks. I am concerning more about their health. I don't know how will survive future life, i also do not know if i am able to run my own happy life. Due this stress which i am not able to control, is controlling me. Taking tension for no reason. Please guide me i am helpless. I feel disturbed

Hello Stress is a feeling of emotional and physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that will make you frustrated, nervous etc. This  Anxiety problem will make you stress. So pls Consult with a Psychologist explain about your thoughts and feelings. Psychotherapy treatment will help to relieve from this problems.
