Hello there Do you feel pain when you sit on a hard surface? Do you get pain near and above your Anus area? Most probably it could be coccydynia however to be sure you need to have a history for it. Does removal of preassure on the area relieves you of pain or you have pain even in sleeping position? Do get back with proper symptoms and history for proper analysis and treatment plan. Regards
