Tail bone is impacted once I fell 3 week ago..now it causese a lot a problem while sitting and trying to stand up.
While walking and standing it does not hurt that much but while sitting it becomes very uncomfortable

Plz.go once for X ray of your tail bone digital one. We have to rule for minor fracture also put ice on the affected area as well as don't pressurise affected area. Take support of soft cushion while sitting & avoid sitting on hard surface/riding bike.
You also can take any anti-inflammatory like Etoshine90 once in a day.
In Physiotherapy:-PUS,Cold pack & Laser are highly recommended atleast for 2weeks.

Its nothing major... start with hot water formantation with towel for 15-20mins.. or sit in hot water tub for 15mins.. apply myolaxin ointment.. on ur tail bone.. u should be fine..
And as ur just 27yrs.. healing should be faster..
