Your LMP is 11 December. You took Cetrizine on  28 December when you had just conceived (ovulation date 25 December, and second time when you were 12 days post conception. So it is safe. Carbocistine has not been studied for use during pregnancy but taking it doesn't become an indication for MTP. Secondly you took it on 5-9 January when you were not even overdue. So there was no circulation connection between mother and pregnancy. Ibuprofen ; same comments as given above. Ibuprofen is not used during the second trimester. Drotin will not have any effect on a uterus which is not pregnant or  up to 8 weeks pregnant . It acts on a bigger uterus. Same comments for Imodium and Lemsip. Sinex nasal spray acts on the nose, nowhere else. So you are safe. For further information please seek a formal consultation with me.

Carbocystine is not safe during pregnancy. But as you have taken the medicine so nothing can be done now. Get dual marker and nt NB scan at 11-13 weeks
