1. He has bilateral extensive pneumonia with corads 20/25. Needs admission. Tests- covid19 RTPCR, CBC, IL 6, Ferritin, D-dimer, CRP. 2. If deranged and COVID test is positive, Inj Remedisvir200 mg IV Day 1 and 100 mg IV od for minimum 5 days. If IL6 is moderately increased, more than40-50, even Toclizumab one dose can be given inspite of controversy . Besides oxygen if SaO2 falling below 94%, even NIV or later if still not maintained, intubation & mechanical ventilation.

Hi noted above history Asa covid pandemic Needs symptoms And fever cough and breathing problems?? Although as CT findings are showing acute viral infection
