Symptoms:
I've severe coronophobia
1. GERD and Esophagitis (Being treating using Pantaprazole)
2. Insomnia (After watching bad news and facing stressful situations and worry) (relief while using anxit 0.25mg)
3. Fast heartbeat ones in a day mainly at afternoon (After 10 days of starting insomnia) ( Comes mainly at afternoon)(Stays around 30mins to 1 hour) (Comes most of the time while thinking of my illness / few times comes on itself) (clams after going out and speaking with friends in call)
4. lite right burning chest pain comes often in a daytime (May be due to GERD)
I unable to control my thoughts of negatively thinking about my health all the time. I gets high BP when I go to clinic or hospital.
I've attached my ECG and Echo. Plz tell me doctor it is due to panic disorder or heart?
