It is some sort of autoimmunity diseases. Pl you have to go for tests in hospital.  There was no injury any time to lip! Or did you bite your lip leading to exudation of protein from lip !  Mandibles are alright. Any xray done. I am thinking and talking loudly. Must do investigations. Start doing CRP , do LE cells. And of course CBC, ESR ANC. . I am interested to know the test Reports. Ask Practo for pathology dept. I am interested to know the diagnosis. Take fresh appointment to consult me. All the best
Next Steps
investigations are required
