Swollen round shape stomach
I am 25, female. My belly appears to be swollen, saggy and round in shape which makes it look pregnant. This has increased my waist by more than 2 inches. I am suffering from this problem since 1 nd half yr. Though my belly is not completely flat but this swelling increases whenver i take in anything. Food or even water.. Sometimes it gets bigger without any food intake only and increases even more when i eat or drink. Could you please suggest what possibly this could be and whom to consult on this. As this is really frustrating.. It is swollen the same way always.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
