Swollen right testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I suffered a cut while trimming my genitals, i used savlon to clean the cut. After my shower i felt an continuous inflammation on my right testicle and it went on like this the whole day, next day i saw swelling on my right testicle but there was no burning sensation or inflammation and wound appeared as abrasion so i applied coconut oil as first aid and then took an antibiotic the name of which i don't remember. The swelling is the same as it was on the first day and I'm feeling a bit inflammation too. I don't know if it's an infection or what, I'm bot feeling any pain while urinating or any fever. Please tell me what's the issue.

You may continue to clean it with savlon or BETADINE lotion And continue the antibiotic as per its schedule dosage and no of days As it is soft. Tissue injury it will be fine in some days
