Swollen lymph nodes
Is 1.2*0.7cm lymph nodes in posterior neck big if considering malignancy. I had swollen lymph nodes for 7 months without change in size. The groin lymph node is also swelled up. Fnac two times both came suggestive of reactive. Should i go for biopsy or wait?

1. Just lymph nodes in neck itself is no big issue. But nodes in groin also is of concern. 2. Important to know when we're the FNAC done? 3. Any history of fever? 4. Chest X-ray must be done. 5. CBC ESR should also be done. 6. Any weight loss or loss of appetite. Need a diagnosis.
