1. Cold Compress
• Apply a cold, damp cloth to the swollen area for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times a day.
2. Antihistamines (if allergy suspected)
• Levocetirizine 5mg or Cetirizine 10mg – once daily at night
• For faster relief in severe swelling: Fexofenadine 180mg in the morning + Levocetirizine at night
